Change isn’t easy, but many of you have been asking for an alternative to plastic. And so here it is!
We’re saying it: cardboard is less convenient than plastic. Cardboard tubes do not have a roll-up function like plastic; you'll have to push them up manually (incrementally) from the bottom. The first push from the bottom of the tube breaks a tiny seal, so it takes a bit more pressure. Don't be shy.
Cardboard lids don’t have a snap-on cap function like their plastic counterpart. This means that leaving them in a bag or in your pocket is probably a really bad idea. It’s better if you leave the tube on your desk, your night stand, somewhere stationary...
